What we collect, and what we do not.

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form, we receive the name, work email, company, website, budget range and message you typed. Nothing is inferred and nothing is enriched from a third-party data broker.

If you only read the site, we receive what any web server receives: the requested URL, a timestamp, an IP address and a user agent. These sit in edge logs and are not joined to any identity.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled it is a privacy-preserving, cookieless product that stores no persistent identifier and does not follow you across sites. There is no advertising pixel on this site, which is why you were not shown a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Why we hold it

Enquiry data is used to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Server logs are used to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and applicable tax and limitation periods require. Edge logs roll off within 30 days.

Who else touches it

A small number of processors: our hosting and edge network, our email provider, and our scheduling tool. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and none is permitted to use the data for its own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
