How we are set up
The structure is the product.
Three principals do every part of the work: the audit, the demand model, the writing brief, the pull request. The people on your first call are the people in your repository six months later, because there is nobody else to hand it to.
That caps how many engagements we can run at once, and we would rather turn work away than staff one with someone you were never introduced to. It is also why we can put scope and price on a public page instead of behind a proposal.

Pages are written by people who have worked in your category, briefed off interviews with your own engineers. AI does research and structural editing here; it does not make the argument.

The demand model, the audit, the documentation and the code are yours as we go, not on exit. There is no proprietary plugin and no hosted layer to be locked into.
